Do I need to check in before playing?
Yes, please check in at the front desk before hitting the court.
What are the court hours?
Monday - Friday: 5 AM - 9 PM
Saturday: 7 AM - 6 PM
Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Want to play earlier or later? Ask about special access!
How long are court reservations?
We have booking times ranging from 1 hour to 3 hours.
Do you offer paddles?
Yes! We've got four paddles available for use at no charge!
What happens if it rains?
If you're booked outdoors and weather interferes, we’ll help you reschedule, no sweat.
Can I play solo or practice drills?
Totally! Grab a wall or net if available, or check the reservation section for open court times.
Do you provide water or towels courtside?
We’ve got fast-fill water stations and towel service in house. Stay hydrated and fresh!
How do I reschedule my court reservation?
Easy! Just click the reschedule link included in your confirmation email or text. You can reschedule up to 3 hours before your scheduled time.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation. Just be sure to do it at least 5 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation.
